The Woodlands Inn and Resort

We loved our 14th anniversary trip so much. The suit was amazing, the hot tub was big enough for me to fit in and be comfortable. The view from our room at the mountain and the creek running along side it was beautiful. The Steakhouse was great and the food was so good. We cannot wait to come back in February for my wife's birthday and we are so excited to be able to renew our vowels for our 15th anniversary.

My husband and I, at the last minute, needed another hotel because the room we originally booked at a different property reeked of cigarette smoke and definitely wasn’t the five-star experience it was supposed to be. Thankfully, we stopped in and spoke with a wonderful woman at the front desk, and she was able to quickly get us booked into a room for the weekend. Since we had just flown in from out of state for a wedding, her help was such a relief. What really stood out to me was her dedication. I saw her working late that night, and then to my surprise, she was back early the next morning at 7:00 AM. Despite what had to be a long and exhausting schedule, she was incredibly professional, welcoming, and accommodating. You would never have known she had just come off a late shift—her attitude and service were outstanding. I cannot thank her enough for the kindness and professionalism she showed us. Please make sure she knows how much we truly appreciate her!

Super friendly & accommodating staff. Great place to bring the family & the dog! If you're a chill person you will really appreciate this place & the safe, clean & wooded vibe it affords! The staff here does an amazing job keeping up with the grounds & the cleanliness. It is an older complex, so realize that before you book, it's not a new facility. But is really a super unique place.

One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in. My wife described the bed as being "so comfy its evil". My only "complaint" is that the internet and cable were down for most of our stay, but thats not really the hotels fault.

A very nice 3 day stay. Great Japanese restaurant on-site, good breakfast buffet. Coming from Canada on a motorcycle the area had wonderful scenery and twisty roads. John and May were great to deal with, ty

I was here for a conference and the banquet room was spacious and clean. I didn't stay for lunch, but my coworker said it was good. I stayed at the hotel many years ago, so I don't feel that I can speak on what the experience there is nowadays.

The staff were super friendly and very accommodating. Our room was spotlessly clean. The amenities were many. Their nightclub was awesome. Rates were very reasonable. This resort has the flare of being in a secluded cabin in the mountains. While still being close to many area attractions. My wife and I will be regular customers.

My husband and I got married at The Woodlands this past August. It was beyond beautiful. Almost our whole wedding stayed at The Woodlands, including us. From our guests and family, we have heard nothing but great compliments regarding their stay at The Woodlands. Everything was on site which made it absolutely perfect for everyone and it was such a wonderful time for all to say the least. We kept getting the question “how did you find this place?” because of how convenient and amazing of a time it was. Crecenzos and Shogun were amazing restaurants which we will all be visiting again! As for our wedding, I cannot thank the staff at The Woodlands enough for being so kind and making our stay pleasant. Thank you to Kaiti (sales coordinator) and Amy (banquet manager) who made our wedding truly magnificent! Every single detail was to perfection. You both made our dreams come true and we are so lucky to have had you be a part of our special day which went off without a hitch! I wish we could live this day over and over again. We cannot wait to visit again and relive our magical moment. Thank you to The Woodlands!
